Al Dentes' Provisions was created in 2004 by Paul Murphy, a Culinary Institute of America trained chef with over 30 years experience in the food industry. Throughout his career, Paul was continually unimpressed with the quality and consistency of available spices and seasoning blends.
OUR MISSION:
To deliver a line of competitively priced spices and seasoning blends with exceptional quality and food safety in order to add value and flexibility to our customers' operations.

Our Kosher certified product line includes an array of custom blends, foodservice, and specialty items such as whole and ground seeds and spices, sauces, barbeque rubs, chilies, processing aids, and extracts.
Unlike many of our competitors, we pack to sell – not to inventory. We use a system of “just in time” inventory with rapid turnover so our customers receive the freshest possible product.

Al Dentes' operate in the model of a wine negociant. We control the sourcing,content,blending,and the packaging of everything we sell. This hands on approach allows us to assureyou that our products are the finest & freshest dried spices available to the foodservice industry.
Everything we sell is cleaned, processed, and bacteria treated in the United States to produce a pathogen free product.
